1- Hybrid transformation of fuel-powered buses

Since signing a cooperation agreement with a customer in Y Country in 2024 and launching the project development, We have successfully installed its self-developed high-efficiency new energy system on the basis of the original fuel-powered buses after one year of development and verification. Fuel consumption has been reduced by over 30%, pollutant emissions have been cut by 80%, and there is no need to replace the entire vehicle. It only takes a few months of renovation to bring the old buses back to the green operation sequence. Up to now, more than 500 vehicles have been renovated.

 

 

 

 

2- The all-electric upgrade of the trackless bus

Since signing the cooperation agreement with Country C in September 2025, the transformation from trolleybuses to pure electric buses has been successfully completed. Breaking through the power supply bottleneck of traditional rail systems, it adopts a pure electric battery solution, freeing itself from the constraints of catenary and achieving pure electric operation without a grid. After the core line was renovated, various faults of the original electric rail were eliminated, and the operation and maintenance costs dropped by 25%, making it a benchmark project for the green upgrade of domestic rail buses.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3- Electric transformation and upgrading of fuel-powered freight trucks

Since signing the cooperation agreement on converting gasoline trucks to electric vehicles with Country H in March 2024, the matching and verification of the new energy system on fuel-powered trucks have been successfully completed. H Country users focus on fuel-powered trucks in scenarios such as urban distribution and ports. After the transformation, the power performance of the vehicles has increased by 20%, and the operating cost per kilometer has dropped by 70%. 4-Intelligent manufacturing implementation: Building a new ecosystem for modular KD production and manufacturing

From design to mass production, we can build flexible and modular KD production base. The new energy vehicle production base will be planned and constructed based on the principle of low investment and quick implementation. Unified planning, phased implementation, and phased realization of SKD and CKD production capacity. From factory design, equipment selection to personnel training, we provide full-process implementation services. We have assisted three overseas enterprises in completing the construction of KD factories, all of which have entered the production stage.

5-Energy support: Safeguarding green operation

To solve the problem of “vehicles”, we should also solve the problem of “energy”:

Planning and deployment of integrated photovoltaic charging station systems: By adopting an integrated solution of “photovoltaic + energy storage + charging”, energy self-sufficiency is achieved and charging costs are reduced by more than 60%. The charging station project in a certain logistics park generates over 500,000 KWH of electricity annually, which can meet the daily charging needs of 100  electric trucks. At the same time, it achieves an average annual income of over 60,000 USD through peak-valley arbitrage.
